Wish I’d took a better photo of these as they were delicious!

You will need

  • 100g butter
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 150g chocolate chips

Method
Preheat the oven to 190 C / Gas mark 5.
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs until a smooth consistency.

Stir in the melted chocolate, baking powder, vanilla essence, cocoa powder and chocolate chips.

Mix well until it’s of a dropping consistency then pour into the prepared baking tin.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.

Allow to cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares.

Enjoy!
