Christmas cupcakes

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 🙂 For Christmas this year I’ve decided to bake Christmas cupcakes and a chocolate chip banana cake as we had some left over bananas to use up. For the Christmas cupcakes I used my “go to cupcake recipe” but added a chocolate sauce to the mixture to make gooey chocolate filled cupcakes. I decorated with red / pink icing and Christmas themed sprinkles / iced decorations. Weight Watchers cupcake recipe

It’s National cupcake week and mum asked if I could bake some Weight Watchers friendly cupcakes for her to take to her weekly meeting. I used a Weight Watchers cupcake recipe found in the online community and made a few changes (removed the added salt, used a different way of decorating and flavouring). I love to bake, especially cupcakes. Dinosaur cookies

With the release of Jurassic World this month, I made these Dinosaur cookies to celebrate. Jurassic Park was one of my favourite films as a child and I’ve been excited to see the new film since I heard it was in production. Mint choc chip cupcakes

I saw these mint choc chip cupcakes on a mobile game (baking story) and decided to try them for myself – my favourite ice cream flavour. I went to my friend Ali’s house and we made rainbow cupcakes! She’d never made them before and was really impressed. (I know other people have done this before but I love them!)
