Happy Easter from the Gloucester Spring Festival

Happy Easter to those that celebrate it! 🙂 Today I spent the morning exploring the historic docks in Gloucester where they had a Spring festival and vintage fun fair. We started with a light breakfast in Bill’s, the restaurant I frequent in Cheltenham which I didn’t realise until today also has a premises in Gloucester! I’ll definitely be going back in future. It’s been a while since I’ve explored Gloucester city and it’s definitely had a lot of improvements over the years. Easter lemon drizzle cake

Happy Easter! 🙂 Or Happy Monday to those that don’t celebrate it. Today Ryan and I have spent the afternoon at my parents house and had a lovely roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings (thanks mum!). After dinner we had dessert, ate some hot cross buns that dad bought, then played some board games and watched a few films. Easter 2013

Happy Easter to those who celebrate it and happy Monday to those that don’t. 🙂 I’ve just had a lovely four day weekend. Here’s a quick run down of what I did: Good Friday Traditionally in the UK we eat fish on Good Friday (so my mum tells me), usually smoked haddock. I’m not a fish lover so skipped that tradition!
