Healthy lunch: Tuna and mixed bean pasta salad

I’ve been trying to ‘spice up’ my lunches at work after getting bored of sandwiches and getting into a bad habit of choosing unhealthy snacks from Tesco meal deals! Can’t believe it’s September already! Autumn is more or less here, Halloween is soon (ish) but sadly no Hallowhedon as this year’s event was cancelled. 🙁 I’ve also been seeing “C-word” cards and gift wrap appearing in the shops – too soon if you ask me.
