Tesco and Lidl (local supermarkets) had some left over Valentine’s Day baking supplies on offer, I bought a few bits and made some heart shaped sugar cookies.  Artur helped decorate. I wanted to make a Christmas pudding this Christmas but no one I know likes the taste! I found a similar Christmas pudding cake on the Lakeland website, this is my take on it. Minnie Mouse giant cupcake

My first (and probably last) giant cupcake – a Minnie Mouse giant cupcake I made for my sister’s birthday this year. It took two attempts at baking, the first cake did not rise correctly and got stuck in the silicone mould, the second didn’t rise into the “tip” of the mould. Nutella cookies

A quick and easy receipe for Nutella cookies, I’ve made these a couple of times for Artur. He loves Nutella® and really enjoyed these. You will need 70g plain flour 1 large egg 275g Nutella® Method Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Combine flour, egg and Nutella® in a large bowl and mix well. Roll the cookie dough into balls, place on the prepared tray and press down on the balls to create thick discs. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, they should be slightly soft in the middle. Leave to cool on a wire rack until set.
