Nutella cookies

A quick and easy receipe for Nutella cookies, I’ve made these a couple of times for Artur. He loves Nutella® and really enjoyed these. You will need 70g plain flour 1 large egg 275g Nutella® Method Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Combine flour, egg and Nutella® in a large bowl and mix well. Roll the cookie dough into balls, place on the prepared tray and press down on the balls to create thick discs. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, they should be slightly soft in the middle. Leave to cool on a wire rack until set.

Heart Shaped Pizza Recipe

Using my ‘no yeast pizza recipe’, Artur and I baked this heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day dinner this year. Motorbike cake

One of my goals this year was to bake more often and I’ve been trying my hand at novelty cakes recently. My first attempt was a snooker table cake for my friends birthday, followed by a penguin design for Christmas last year. Both were simple sponge cake recipes with fondant decorations. I’ve been playing a mobile game called Baking Story recently, and the most recent level introduced some mint choc chip cupcakes! My favourite ice cream flavour… In cupcake form!?
