Alaskan salmon

Artur loves fish, especially Alaskan salmon served with rice and veg. I’ve made this dish for him a few times now and he says it’s bardzo dobrze (that’s very good in Polish). You will need 1 alaskan salmon fillet (per person) Herbs for seasoning (I usually use Schwartz fish herbs but would also recommend dill or thyme) Butter Tin foil Method Preheat the oven to 220ºC Lay the fillet (s) on the tin foil. Easter Chocolate Cornflake Nests

Happy Easter (or happy Sunday to those that don’t celebrate it). 🙂 Today, Artur and I had a lovely Sunday lunch at my parents house, my job was to bring dessert. Nutella cookies

A quick and easy receipe for Nutella cookies, I’ve made these a couple of times for Artur. He loves Nutella® and really enjoyed these. You will need 70g plain flour 1 large egg 275g Nutella® Method Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Combine flour, egg and Nutella® in a large bowl and mix well. Roll the cookie dough into balls, place on the prepared tray and press down on the balls to create thick discs. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, they should be slightly soft in the middle. Leave to cool on a wire rack until set.
