During my CBT sessions we talked about self care and how I should do one nice thing for myself once a week. Relax and Unwind After a Long Day | Tips

As I’ve gotten older night’s in have definitely become more desirable, especially after a long week at work. Don’t get me wrong I still enjoy a good night out now and then but coming home to relax and unwind after a hard day is a great way to recharge. My favourite ways to relax and unwind. 1. Run a bath.
