Dinosaur cookies

With the release of Jurassic World this month, I made these Dinosaur cookies to celebrate.

Jurassic Park was one of my favourite films as a child and I’ve been excited to see the new film since I heard it was in production.

You will need

  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Egg(s)
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup Butter
  • 6 cup Flour
  • Cookie Cutter(s)

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C

Begin by combining the butter and sugar. Keep mixing until it looks light and fluffy.

Add the eggs and vanilla:
Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract, make sure they’re mixed in really well.

Add dry ingredients:
Mix in the flour, a little at a time. Keep mixing until you have a nice dough.

Chill the dough:
Let the dough chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Cut out cookies:
Roll out the dough to how thick you want it then use your cookie cutter(s).

Bake your cookies:
Bake the cookies at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown.

Here’s a few other things I’ve baked to celebrate film and TV shows I enjoy.
