No bake Double Decker cheesecake

My dad’s birthday was Wednesday, so we went for food at a local pub, called The Golden Farm, to celebrate. It’s re-opened under new management and this was our first time trying the new menu. Wednesday is their grill night! Steaks, chicken, cumberland sausage, scampi and a vegetarian dish were offered, as well as a few specials. Ryan’s brother and sister-in-law came over for tea this evening, to catch up and so Ryan and his brother could watch the Manchester United Vs. Liverpool game together. They both support different teams – Ryan supports Manchester United and his brother supports Liverpool. Chocolate Frosted Funfetti Cake with Jam Filling

Tomorrow is Ryan’s birthday (and Back to the Future day). Unfortunately, he’s working until 22.00pm so we decided to celebrate today.
