Alaskan salmon

Artur loves fish, especially Alaskan salmon served with rice and veg.

I’ve made this dish for him a few times now and he says it’s bardzo dobrze (that’s very good in Polish).

You will need
1 alaskan salmon fillet (per person)
Herbs for seasoning (I usually use
Schwartz fish herbs but would also recommend dill or thyme)
Butter
Tin foil

Method
Preheat the oven to 220ยบC

Lay the fillet (s) on the tin foil.

Combine the seasoning with the butter and mix well.

Spread the seasoned butter over each fillet.

Wrap the fillet (s) in the tin foil

Bake for 15 – 20 minutes

Serve with rice and vegetables (e.g. Green beans as shown).
