On May 7th 2018 I turned 30, which seems like such a long time ago now but I wanted to mark the occasion in some way. Anyone else think this year is really flying by? I celebrated my 30th birthday with a Star Wars themed party which my sister planned for me. It was a surprise party and I honestly had no idea she was doing it. It was perfect…

So without further ado… The Geeky Girl Tag (1) What’s your must-have tech gadget? At the moment it has to be my Samsung Galaxy S7. The show includes a huge selection of vintage transport, such as buses and coaches, commercial vehicles, classic cars, steam engines, traction engines,…

Surviving my first long haul flight
A few weeks ago I hopped on a plane with a few friends and travelled a long 11 hours to the West coast of the United States. We had six days in San Francisco and one day in Los Angeles. The trip was fantastic (more on that next time) and I’m itching to go abroad to the US again very soon. I’d never been outside of Europe before so of…
