Nutella cookies

A quick and easy receipe for Nutella cookies, I’ve made these a couple of times for Artur. He loves Nutella® and really enjoyed these.

You will need
70g plain flour
1 large egg
275g Nutella®

Method
Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.

Combine flour, egg and Nutella® in a large bowl and mix well.

Roll the cookie dough into balls, place on the prepared tray and press down on the balls to create thick discs.

Bake for approximately 10 minutes, they should be slightly soft in the middle.

Leave to cool on a wire rack until set.
