The Blogger Tag
I was tagged by the lovely Lauren of Bournemouth Girl to do the blogger tag, you can read her answers here. The idea behind the blogger tag is to learn more about other bloggers. I love answering tag questions and learning about other bloggers so am more than happy to take part in this one.
So, without further ado…
The Blogger Tag
Do you have any pets, if so what are they and what are they called?
I have a small fresh water aquarium which is home to a goldfish that belonged to my sister – she called him ‘Chips’, my parents call him ‘Biggie’. A weather loach named ‘Loachy’, two shrimp named ‘The Shrimpies’ and a white cloud minnow named ‘Tiny’.
What is your favourite social media for blogging?
I find Twitter the best for engaging other bloggers and promoting my blog. But I enjoy Instagram more, I love sharing photos of my life and travels on there.
How tall are you?
I’m 5ft 2″.
Do you have a hidden talent, if so what?
I can roll my “R”s to song tunes, my favourite one to do is ‘The Inspector Gadget’ theme tune.
What is your biggest blog-related pet peeve?
Bloggers who play the follow-unfollow game and those that don’t leave meaningful comments. The ones who post comments like “Cool blog”.
What is your biggest non-blog related pet peeve?
People with no manners. Especially people that don’t say thank you when you clearly opened a door for them or let them pass you.

Long walks, baths, binge watching Netflix.

At the moment it’s Haribo Tangfastics.
If you could only drink one beverage (besides water) for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Diet Coke

My friend Sazzzy
What is one of your favourite highstreet shops?
It’s got to be Lush!
Are you in education or work?
I am in full time work.

I love Stephen King and Kathy Reichs novels, and read a lot of YA fiction such as The House of Night series. Other notable mentions are The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit.
For non-fiction I really enjoyed reading Billie Piper’s autobiography. I have a signed copy that my mum got for me when she did an in person signing in Swindon’s Asda supermarket.
Where is one place you would like to visit?
New York.
Where do you like to write your blog posts?
Even on the sofa or in bed under my blanket.

I’m so sorry to be late commenting on this but thank you for the tag and I loved your answers! Flora has a fish tank too, with some danios, minnows and one shrimp. It’s the bane of my life as I have to clean it, haha. I’m with you on your pet peeves too, both blog and non-blog related. Manners and thoughtfulness cost nothing (says she, being late to comment, oops). Lovely post, Kim and thank you again for the tag! xx

Thanks Lisa! I can be a little late to reply back to comments too so I completely understand. Sometimes life gets in the way. Lol, they are a nightmare to clean out! The shrimps always find the perfect hiding places in the gravel.

Totally agree on the blogging pet peeves… and the non-blogging one, too, actually! People with no manners drive me a little bit crazy. I loved reading all of your answers. π

We share blogging-related pet peeves lol! Not only the non-meaningful comments, but what about those that have NOTHING to do with the blog at all. Way to give away that you’re either no reading or using a bot…

I loved reading your answers to this. Tags are ace, and I’m definitely going to be doing the Geeky one you tagged me in back in August. I’ve been so bad at blogging this year – sorry!
English and drama were my favourite lessons at school too, along with art, even though I was terrible at it. I really miss acting. Even though I was really shy at school, I loved getting on stage and acting, it’s so much fun.
I’d love to visit New York. I love big cities ‘cos there’s always so much going on and so much to explore. Hopefully you get to go one day.
Happy New Year!

Thanks for your comment Amy! I enjoyed acting in my Drama lessons to, I think it was because I could play someone else. So I was less shy about it? Not too sure. I hope you have a great 2019. xx

I love reading these tags but I’m a bit shy about sharing my own answers. I do think about the answers privately though, so feel free to tag me if you would like. I agree that Twitter is the best place for bloggers. I will see if I can get the Billie Piper book from the library.

Oh bless you. I think I’d be shy IRL but there’s something comfy about hiding behind a screen! I’ll be sure to tag you in some upcoming tags I have this year. π Thanks again for your comment Marie and sorry for the delay replying. It had ended up in spam. π
