The Disneyland Paris Tag
If you didn’t know I’ll be travelling to Disneyland Paris next month for my sister’s hen weekend! π Since it’s getting close now I’ve been reading many blog posts about Disney and Disneyland Paris recently – my browser history and Pinterest search history is literally full of Disney content at the moment. π
One post I stumbled upon was the Disneyland Paris tag over on Jenny’s blog, which I thought would be perfect to answer given there’s only a month to go until my trip.
The Disneyland Paris Tag!
1. What year did you first visit DLP and how old were you?
It was for Disneyland Paris’ 5th anniversary but I can’t quite remember what month we went it. So, depending on if it was before or after my birthday, 5 or 6.
2. Which of the Disney hotels have you stayed in, if any, and do you have a favourite?
This trip will be my first time staying at one of the park hotels – I’m not sure which one, my sister’s keeping that part a secret!
3. Let us in on where the best places to eat within both parks and the Disney Village are.
I always seem to eat in the Hakuna Matata Restaurant in the main Disney park.
4. Where is your first port of call when entering the Disneyland Park?
Usually one of the big rollercoasters but this trip it will either be Crushes Coaster or Indiana Jones as I’ve yet to be on either ride.
5. Do you have a favorite βlandβ? If so why?
I like Frontierland because it haa great rides but also a soft spot for Discovery Land as that’s where the Star Wars rides are.
6. Which ride could you ride over and over and never tire of?
Hyperspace Mountain or Rock N’ Rollercoaster (the Aerosmith one).
8. Tell us about your favorite character meeting ever at DLP.
Goofy on my first trip. He was so funny!
9. What is a parade/show from any year that is most memorable to you?
The Hunchback of Notre Dame parade my sister and I were asked to join in on.
10. You can only ride one β Mad Hatters Teacups or Dumbo the Flying Elephant?
I’ve actually never been on either!
11. What do you think is the best attraction in the Walt Disney Studios park?
I’ve only been to Walt Disney Studios once but loved the 4D Armageddon show.
12. Describe your happiest Disneyland Paris memory of all time.
Staying until the park closes on my 2nd trip and seeing the light show of Sleeping Beauty’s castle.
If any of my readers want to do this tag, feel free, and please leave your links on this post as Iβd love to read your answers!
Have you been to Disneyland Paris?

My boyfriend surprised me with a trip to Disneyland Paris this year for my birthday! I honestly had such a good time – I felt like a princess the whole day. When we went Crushes Coaster was closed, but my favourite ride in Walt Disney Studios was definitely Aerosmith or the Tower of Terror! And I loved Space Mountain in the main park. The big ones are the best aren’t they! Have an amazing time!

Aw, that sounds like a wonderful birthday trip. I really hope it’s open when I go! Tower of Terror is currently closed for a refit but should he reopen early May so fingers crossed. π€π€ I love the big rides. xx

When I went for the first time when I was 5 I saw the Hunchback of Notre Dame parade, although I don’t remember it but my parents recorded it. It was AMAZING! I love Crushes Coaster, such a fun ride!

I’ve been to Disneyland Paris twice, once in 1997 when I was 6, and again in 2015. I’m hoping to go again next year and take my little niece and nephew (who will be aged 6 and 10 by then).
My favourite rides are the Tower of Terror and Space Mountain, although I also have a soft spot for It’s a Small World and Peter Pan’s Flight!

Aw, you niece and nephew will love it. π
My friend loves It’s a Small World, so does my mum actually lol. It’s a great relaxing ride.
I’ve heard Tower of Terror is having a refit at the moment but should be open when I go! Fingers crossed. π€π€
Thanks for your comment lovely. xx

Oooh, Disney for a hen party, that sounds like so much fun. Did you ever see the episode of Big Bang Theory where Penny, Bernadette and Amy got dressed up as Disney princesses and had their make up and hair done too? That looked awesome! That’s what I thought of as soon as I started reading your post, haha. I hope you have an amazing time and that you’ll blog about it when you get back π Lisa xx

Disney for a hen party sounds like so much fun! Have the best time!! I’ve been to Disney once but I was about 5/6 and can’t really remember much so it would be great to go again as an adult and actually be able to go on the rides and stuff x

Thanks Sophie. π I’m not sure whether I enjoy it more as an adult or as a child. I get to go on the big rodes but wouldn’t get to take part in the parade now. π€ You should definitely think about going back there. x

I’m so so jealous, I’d give anything to go to any of the Disneyland’s. I think I’ll save up and go to the Paris one eventually. I hope you have a lovely time and can’t wait to hear what you get up to.
