I’ve been trying to ‘spice up’ my lunches at work after getting bored of sandwiches and getting into a bad habit of choosing unhealthy snacks from Tesco meal deals! No bake banoffee cheesecake

My mum’s birthday was Friday, we went out that night and listened to live music at a local bar followed by presents and an Indian takeaway Saturday evening. For my dad’s birthday I made a Double Decker cheesecake which was such a hit my mum requested a cheesecake for her birthday too. I went to my friend Ali’s house recently and we made rainbow cupcakes! She’d never made them before and was really impressed with them, I know other people have done this before but I love them and wanted to share my method for making them!
